DeerRun Walking Pads Compared
Q2 Urban vs Q2 Urban Plus
Both sit in DeerRun's 7% incline walking-pad family. The main difference in how DeerRun positions them: the Q2 Urban emphasizes compact under-desk use, while the Q2 Urban Plus emphasizes a longer belt and a roomier walk: DeerRun lists 35.43 × 14.96 in for the Q2 Urban and 39.37 × 14.96 in for the Plus. Read our full DeerRun Q2 Urban review or our DeerRun Q2 Urban Plus review. DeerRun also sells a Q2 Urban With Handrail: read our Q2 Urban With Handrail review.
Q2 Urban vs Z10
The Q2 Urban offers 7% incline and an everyday under-desk focus. The Z10 offers 12% automatic incline and a more workout-oriented focus. If adjusting incline matters most, the Z10 is the one to look at; if you want a straightforward desk pad, the Q2 Urban may be all you need.
Z10 vs Z20
These two solve different problems. The Z10 is built around automatic incline; the Z20 is built around folding in half for storage. Decide which problem matters more in your home.
Q2 Urban Plus vs Z20
The Q2 Urban Plus prioritizes extra walking room; the Z20 prioritizes a smaller storage footprint. Neither is better overall — it comes down to space to walk versus space to store.

DeerRun Walking Pad Incline Explained
DeerRun lists the Q2 Urban and Q2 Urban Plus with 7% manual incline. The Z10 is listed with 12% automatic incline. DeerRun doesn't list an incline feature for the Z20, so we don't list one.
"Incline" and "automatic incline" aren't the same feature. Automatic incline means the motor raises the deck while you walk; other designs may use a fixed or manually set angle. We only call a model's incline automatic when DeerRun says so, and we don't guess the mechanism from the percentage alone.
To compare incline models across brands, see our best walking pads with incline.
Which DeerRun Walking Pad Is Best for a Standing Desk?
DeerRun positions the Q2 Urban specifically around compact under-desk use. The Q2 Urban Plus may appeal if you want more walking room, the Z10 adds stronger automatic incline, and the Z20's main advantage is storage.
Real desk fit depends on the pad's height, your own height, your standing desk's adjustment range and the floor space available. Check each measurement on DeerRun's listing before buying.
More options: best under-desk walking pads.
Which DeerRun Walking Pad Is Easiest to Store?
The Z20 stands out here because DeerRun gives it a fold-in-half, foldable-belt design meant to shrink its storage footprint. The other three are conventional compact pads: low and flat, usually slid under a bed or sofa, but they don't fold in half.
DeerRun explicitly describes vertical and under-furniture storage for the Z20, with wheels, wheel locks and a retractable handle. Read our full DeerRun Z20 review.
DeerRun Walking Pad vs DeerRun Treadmill
DeerRun sells both walking pads and more conventional treadmills. The four products on this page are included because DeerRun currently places them in its walking-pad lineup.
Its conventional treadmills can add upright handlebars, higher running speeds, larger running-oriented frames and other incline setups. If those matter, read our walking pad vs treadmill comparison, or our DeerRun A6 Plus review for a 2-in-1 walking/running model with a fold-down handrail.
DeerRun and the PitPat App
DeerRun's current product pages for the Q2 Urban, Q2 Urban Plus, Z10, Z10 Pro and Z20 each list the PitPat app and Bluetooth control alongside the remote.
Smart features vary by model, so confirm app support on the current listing for the model you're considering.
Which DeerRun Walking Pad Is Right for You?
- Choose the Q2 Urban if you want DeerRun's straightforward, compact 7% incline under-desk model.
- Choose the Q2 Urban Plus if you want the Q2 concept with more emphasis on walking room and belt length.
- Choose the Z10 if 12% automatic incline is your priority.
- Choose the Z20 if fold-in-half storage is the main reason you're buying.
You may want a different type of treadmill if:
- you need substantially higher running speeds
- you specifically want a conventional upright treadmill
- walking-pad portability isn't important
