The UREVO SpaceWalk 5L is a handrail-free walking pad with automatic incline — UREVO lists 0–9% across nine levels — and a published maximum user weight of 400 lb. It runs 0.6–4.0 mph on a 39.4 × 15.8 in walking area, with a remote and the UREVO app.

UREVO says the 5L is "designed for office and under-desk walking." Compared with the flat SpaceWalk E1L, it adds powered incline and a much higher weight limit in a bigger, heavier machine. Everything here comes from UREVO's current product page. Walking Counts is independent and not affiliated with UREVO.

Quick Verdict: UREVO SpaceWalk 5L

On paper, the 5L's standout points are its 400 lb published user limit, documented automatic incline (0–9%, 9 levels) and UREVO's explicit office/under-desk positioning. The specs point to desk walking with the option of incline walking breaks.

The tradeoffs: no handrail, a 4.0 mph ceiling, no folding, flat-only storage, and 50.7 lb at 6.1 in tall. Against the SpaceWalk 3S, it gives up some walking area for a much higher weight limit. Worth researching if capacity and auto incline matter more than belt length.

SpaceWalk 5L Auto Incline Explained

UREVO's spec table lists 0-9% Auto-Incline and 9-Level Incline Selection. Its FAQ describes "a 0–9% automatic incline with nine levels."

  • Range: 0–9%
  • Levels: 9
  • Mechanism: automatic (powered), per UREVO
  • Remote: included, but UREVO's 5L page doesn't say which buttons it has or whether it changes incline.
  • App-driven workouts: UREVO says the app "supports compatible workout functions that can automatically adjust speed and incline during supported sessions," and mentions "smart speed and incline adjustment" with World Tour.
  • During ordinary walking: UREVO's FAQ says flat or low incline suits typing and calls, and higher levels suit a walking break — implying you can pick a level, but it doesn't document how to change it mid-walk.

Two separate claims are worth keeping apart. Automatic incline hardware means a motor raises the deck rather than you setting it by hand — UREVO states this for the 5L. An app automatically changing incline during a programmed workout is a software feature on top of that, which UREVO limits to "supported sessions." UREVO doesn't document a one-key incline button or physical buttons on the 5L.

UREVO also claims incline raises "calorie-burning efficiency by 190%" with no stated method, so we leave that out. Compare other models in our best walking pads with incline guide.

Speed and Walking Use

UREVO lists 0.6–4.0 mph. Its FAQ says the 5L "is designed for low-speed under-desk walking while answering emails, reading, taking calls, or joining meetings," and its own copy calls workouts "home hiking."

Some of UREVO's page wording mentions a "running board" and, in a comparison block, "More Room to Run" (for the 3S). With a 4.0 mph ceiling, we treat the 5L as a walking machine. UREVO also recommends sessions of no more than one hour, with the motor rested periodically.

Walking Area

UREVO lists the running area as 39.4 × 15.8 in. That's the belt surface; the whole machine is 48.8 × 20.3 in.

Among UREVO's SpaceWalk models (all re-checked on UREVO's pages in October 2026): the 3S lists 42.5 × 16.54 in, the E1L Pro 36.2 × 15.2 in, and the E1L 35.43 × 15 in. So the 5L sits between the E1L models and the 3S. UREVO publishes no user-height limit and we don't assign one. Compare belt lengths in our walking pads for tall people guide.

Under-Desk and Home-Office Use

Unlike the 3S page, UREVO's 5L page is explicit: "The SpaceWalk 5L is designed for office and under-desk walking." Facts relevant to desk use:

  • Overall height: 6.1 in
  • No handrail in the standard package (optional accessory sold separately)
  • Speed 0.6–4.0 mph; automatic incline 0–9%
  • Remote and UREVO app
  • Built-in transport wheels; stored flat
  • Walking area 39.4 × 15.8 in; footprint 48.8 × 20.3 in

UREVO itself says to "check your desk's legroom, available floor space, and clearance before purchasing," and suggests flat or low incline while working. A 6.1 in deck raises your standing height, so measure your desk's maximum height. See best under-desk walking pads.

Size, Weight and Storage

  • Dimensions: 48.8 × 20.3 × 6.1 in
  • Machine weight: 50.7 lb (23 kg)
  • Wheels: built-in transport wheels; carry handle not listed
  • Folding: no folding mechanism described

UREVO says it "can be moved and stored under suitable beds, sofas, or other furniture," as long as clearance is greater than 6.1 in. Its FAQ answers vertical storage directly: "No. Vertical storage is not recommended… Store it flat."

UREVO also says not to use it directly on carpet, because fibres can clog the ventilation vents and overheat the motor; it recommends a treadmill mat. That guidance is about ventilation, not noise. See best walking pads for small spaces.

400 lb Weight Capacity

  • Maximum user weight: 400 lb (181 kg)
  • Machine weight: 50.7 lb (23 kg)

400 lb is UREVO's published maximum load. UREVO advises a firm, level floor and not exceeding the stated capacity. It publishes no load-testing details, so we don't draw conclusions about durability, stability or lifespan from the number. It does meet the threshold for our walking pads with 300 lb+ capacity guide, where it's one of two 400 lb models.

App, Remote and Controls

  • Remote: included; its functions aren't described on the 5L page.
  • UREVO app: tracks steps, activity time, distance and calories; daily/weekly progress; Quick Start and Custom Walk modes; challenges; World Tour, RhythmFit, Competitive Mode and HIIT programs; Apple Health and Google Fit sync.
  • SmartCoach: named in UREVO's menu ("SmartCoach APP"); supported app sessions can adjust speed and incline automatically.
  • Display: not listed.
  • Bluetooth: not listed.
  • Physical controls on the pad: not described.

UREVO doesn't spell out which control starts, stops or changes speed — so we don't assume the 5L works exactly like the 3S.

Noise

UREVO calls the brushless motor "ultra quiet" and says "advanced noise-reduction technology" makes it operate "whisper-quietly." It publishes no decibel figure or test conditions, and its own FAQ notes that sound "can vary with speed, footwear, floor type, and the surrounding environment." We don't rank it for sound. See what manufacturers say about walking pad noise.

  • Walking area: the 3S is 3.1 in longer and about 0.7 in wider.
  • Machine size: the 5L is about 6 lb lighter and 0.4 in lower.
  • Positioning: UREVO markets the 5L for office/under-desk walking; the 3S page doesn't.
  • Storage: UREVO rules out vertical storage for the 5L; it's not addressed for the 3S.
